SHIPPING
Items listed IN STOCK* are shipped within 1-3 days. Most of our rugs are however made to order and the production time is normally between 2 to 4 weeks and are shipped direct from our factory in Sweden. The delivery times mentioned above are only approximate since all our products are crafted upon order and available in limited editions. When placing your order, you'll get a more precise shipping date / week based on the current workload at our factory.
• Most items are shipped free of charge to Scandinavia and Europe. Please refer to individual product listings for specific shipping information.
• Shipping costs are determined by your destination and shipping preferences.
• The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout stage.
• Orders outside of Europe are subject to a 1500 sek. shipping fee. Please contact us at hey@ruggigt.com for more information as some countries might not be available for deliveries at this time.
• International packages may or may not incur additional charges upon arrival in the destination country. For questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please get in touch with your local customs office.
• We use UPS, TNT or DHL services (exceptions may occur) to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order.
• You will receive a separate email containing a tracking link once your item has been shipped. You can expect to receive updates about your package's status, including when it's out for delivery and when it has been successfully delivered.
Please keep an eye on your email inbox for updates related to your shipment (and make sure our emails don’t get lost in the trash as spam).

CUSTOM & DUTIES
Ruggigt ships globally (with some exceptions) from Sweden. It's important to note that items shipped internationally are likely to be subject to customs charges imposed by the destination country's local government. Ruggigt is not responsible for these fees. If you have inquiries or concerns about customs duties and taxes in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for items that are custom-made or on pre-order (normally all items). If you have inquiries or require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at hey@ruggigt.com.
Our return policy is crafted with the goal of reducing resource waste. We are committed to environmental consciousness and aim to minimize waste.
CANCELLATIONS
We strive to promptly prepare your order for shipping, meaning there is a limited timeframe during which changes might be made. Once your order has been sent to the factory for production, cancellation is not possible.
