• When can I expect to receive my item?

Items listed IN STOCK* are shipped within 1-3 days. Most of our rugs are however made to order and the production time is normally between 2 to 4 weeks . When placing your order, you'll get a more precise shipping date / week based on the current workload at our factory. Your rug will also be labelled with your unique order number and once it is done and inspected we begin processing it for delivery.  

We use UPS, TNT or DHL services (exceptions may occur) to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.  This allows you to monitor your package's journey and the tracking information will also include an estimated delivery date based on your location and shipping method.  You can expect to receive updates about your package's status, including when it's out for delivery and when it has been successfully delivered.  

Please keep an eye on your email inbox for updates related to your shipment (and make sure our emails don’t get lost in the trash as spam) .

• Do I need to pay customs and duties?

Ruggigt ships globally (with some exceptions) from Sweden. It's important to note that items shipped internationally are likely to be subject to customs charges imposed by the destination country's local government. Ruggigt is not responsible for these fees. If you have inquiries or concerns about customs duties and taxes in your specific country, please contact your local customs office. 

• Where do you ship from?

All rugs ship direct from our factory in Sweden.   

• Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship globally (with some exceptions). If you can’t find your country listed in our order / shipping section please contact us with your Adress, Zip Code and Country for a current shipping quote. For orders outside of Europe there is normally a 1500 sek. shipping fee. Please be aware that international packages may be subject to customs charges in the destination country. For inquiries about duties and taxes in your country, kindly reach out to your local customs office.

Ruggigt offers free shipping to Scandinavia and Europe.  

• What’s your claim policy?

We accept claims within 3 years of your order receipt. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact ut at hey@ruggigt.com with attached images so we can take a look at the product before you send it to us. Wait for confirmation before shipping the product; we'll normally respond within 5 business days. Approval isn't guaranteed. For approved claims, we cover shipping and taxes/duties. Products with defects must be returned for inspection and possible return to our manufacturer. If you're in Sweden, the EU, or Norway, we provide a shipping label. If you're outside the EU, expect a response within 5 business days.
